SHOES - You can return any shoe purchase for a full refund/exchange for items in as new condition. The return shipping is FREE. You must ship the item you wish to return back to us within 30 days of the date your order was delivered to you. Items returned to us after 30 days will not be accepted.

OTHER ITEMS - You may return items to us for store credit only. within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Exchanges are permitted for a different size of that product within 7 days of purchase. You can not exchange for style or color.

You can return an item up to 30 days after the product was delivered.

To return an item:

1. Complete the online return form

You will receive an email confirming the return request with instructions on how to proceed.

2. Prepare the package for delivery

Put your products back in the original packaging and make sure all tags and labels are intact.

Items returned to us need to be 100% ‘like new’. This means they cannot be worn except to try on, and they cannot have any scratches dirt, scuff marks or excessive wrinkles. Apparel Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

We suggest that when you are trying on shoes before you’ve decided to keep them, you only walk on carpets in order to protect the soles of the shoes.

Items that are not ‘like new’ will not be accepted for return, and will be returned to you.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Please email sales@loveandfealty.com for assistance.)

Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue store credit for your returns. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a Love & Fealty E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase.
